Our Newest Member – Meet Natalie Quintanilla

Well, allow me to introduce myself—I'm Natalie Quintanilla, the smiling face behind those captivating posts you've been enjoying. As part of an internship, I've had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Albert and dive into the world of social media engagement.

Originally from the coastal town of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the United States, I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Youth and Community Studies with a specialization in Urban Teaching. But why, you may wonder, am I now managing social media for an event planning business on the other side of the world? Well, since graduating, I've been on a personal journey of self-discovery and purpose-seeking.

The work culture in the United States can be intense and all-consuming, often leaving little time for personal growth. That's why, when I had the opportunity to choose an internship through Absolute Internship, I was eager to explore a skill set that was underutilized in my previous work environment. As a teacher, effective communication and creativity are essential for fostering a nurturing classroom environment. However, the demands and stress often overshadowed these vital skills. I longed for a place where I could freely express myself, tap into my strengths, and discover my true potential.

At IOLO Planet, the commitment to purpose and return goes beyond our events. As the social media manager, I have found my purpose—to assist in sharing the incredible IOLO Planet journey. And the return on my investment has been nothing short of extraordinary. I've fallen head over heels for the passion and drive that exist in every aspect of IOLO Planet, and it has ignited a fire within me to seek that same ambition in my everyday life. Moreover, my partnership with Albert, the founder, has blossomed into a cherished mentorship—one that will forever hold a special place in my heart.

This experience has unlocked a realm of untapped potential within me, one that would have remained dormant had I stayed within the confines of my previous position in the United States. IOLO Planet is more than just a company specializing in corporate and leisure event planning—it's a sanctuary where authenticity thrives, and where you can embark on your own purposeful journey. Working in such an inspiring environment has been the greatest reward I could have ever imagined.
