Why is it important to promote the Team Building during teleworking?

The global health crisis of coronavirus has forced companies around the world to adjust to the governmental measures and restrictions of each country, with the aim of mitigating the effects of the transmission of Covid-19. Health comes first, and every effort should be made to "flatten the curve" and minimize the number of those affected by the virus.

As we know, non-essential stores and shops have closed their doors and most workers, SMEs and large companies, have been forced to work remotely from their homes.

This has required a rapid digitization of companies to try to maintain their activity and turnover. In this sense, thousands of companies have launched their own online store or joined a home delivery platform/Marketplace.

However, ALL companies have had to adapt to a new reality: remote workforce management. Surely, working occasionally remotely was not alien to many professionals, but doing it permanently confronts us with an unusual challenge:

Manage the entire staff remotely, confined to their homes and during an uncertain period of time.

How long will the confinement last?

Will we be able to return to the office when government restrictions are lifted?
