The Experience
¿Y de qué va la experiencia?
Somewhere in the Pyrenees, which name we do not want to reveal... Yet!. We will meet in the morning to launch the #Igloo operation.
En algún lugar del Pirineo, cuyo nombre no queremos desvelaros… Aún. Nos encontraremos por la mañana para poder poner en marcha la operación #Igloo.
Mission 1: We will head north. The Pyrenees will rapidly seduce us with their landscapes, forests, streams, frozen lakes, mountain ridges, fauna and flora, mysterious footprints, etc. And, speaking of wildlife... If we are lucky, we may come across chamois, deers, roe deers, wild boars, golden eagles, vultures, etc. Don't forget to bring your camera to immortalize the experience!
Misión 1: Ponemos rumbo Norte. Los Pirineos serán los encargados de seducirnos con sus paisajes, bosques, riachuelos, lagos helados, crestas de montaña, fauna y flora a tutiplén, huellas misteriosas, etc. Y, hablando de fauna… Si tenemos suerte, podremos avistar rebecos (isards), ciervos, corzos, jabalíes, águilas reales, buitres, etc. ¡No olvides traer tu cámara de hacer fotos para inmortalizar la experiencia!
Mission 2: In the afternoon we will look for a mountain shelter. We will eat and recharge batteries before locating the optimal point to build our igloo. Get on with it! With our own hands, a shovel and a good team work we will build a shelter in the snow. Who wants to spend the night like an Eskimo? :)
Misión 2: Por la tarde buscaremos un refugio de montaña. Comeremos y cogeremos fuerzas para localizar el punto óptimo para construir nuestro iglú. Manos a la obra! Con nuestras propias manos, una pala y un buen equipo vamos a construir un refugio en la nieve. ¿Quién quiere pasar la noche en un Iglú?
Mission 3: We will end the day watching a sunset that will leave us without words, an unforgettable memory. After the sunset, those who want to live the Eskimo life can go freeze in the Igloos, the others will settle in the shelter and have a warm dinner before spending the night ;) Will you wake up in the igloo or on a comfy bed? You choose!. Also, If you don’t want to stay overnight, we can make a night route down to the starting point, where we leave our cars.
Misión 3: Terminaremos el día viendo una puesta de sol que dejará huella en tu memoria. Una vez entrada la noche podremos acomodarnos en el refugio para cenar calentitos y pasar la noche. ¿Amaneceremos en el iglú o en el refugio? ¡Tu escoges! También, si no optamos por pernoctar en el refugio, haremos una ruta nocturna hasta el punto de encuentro donde habremos dejado nuestros coches.
Did you know that ... The temperature inside an igloo can range between -7 and 16ºC. The structure does not melt because the air, in the form of bubbles inside the snow, acts as a good thermal insulator. Only with human body heat, it is possible to achieve a difference with the outside that can exceed 30°C.
Sabías que… La temperatura en el interior de un iglú puede oscilar entre los -7 y los 16ºC. La estructura no se derrite porque el aire, en forma de burbujas dentro de la nieve, actúa como buen aislante térmico. Tan sólo con el calor corporal humano, es posible conseguir una diferencia con el exterior que puede superar los 30ºC.
You must know:
The activity will always be carried out under the maximum security guarantees with one or more qualified professional guides. The place chosen for the construction of the igloo will always be close to a mountain shelter so that we can rest, eat and wash comfortably.
Debes saber:
La actividad siempre se realizará bajo las máximas garantías de seguridad con uno o más guías profesionales titulados. El lugar escogido para la construcción del iglú será siempre cercano a un refugio de montaña para que podamos descansar, comer y asearnos cómodamente.

The area where the activity will be carried out will be defined during the personalization phase of the experience according to various factors: Preferences, landscapes, physical requirements, availability, weather, mobility, weather conditions, etc.
Posible areas: Aigüestortes, Alt Pirineu, Pirineo Aragonés, Cerdanya, Cadí, Andorra...
La zona donde se realizará la actividad se definirá durante la fase de personalización de la experiencia según distintos factores: Preferencias, paisajes, exigencia física, disponibilidad, tiempo, movilidad, condiciones climatológicas, etc.
